TIL: Unburying a car is wayyyyy harder than burying it.

Imagine people walking around the burial area only to hear a robotic voice out of nowhere reminding that the oil pressure is low.

For a Chrysler product I'd say it aged pretty well.

This ABSOLUTELY, positively has to become a yearly event!! Re-bury it and next year sell tickets to the UNBARON. Have a drawing for as many folks as the the Wizard is willing to have at his home. Pitch a party tent, display the Hoopties, make it a car themed Halloween costume Soirée. Get it started and make a prerequisite of attendance that each attendee bring a part for the car so that it will start the following year. Do it!!

Considering that this Chrysler had been under many tons of earth for almost a year, It’s amazing to me that the engine started, even the radio still works. Ok the bodywork is bad, But I have to say Chrysler engines must be pretty good.

I can’t believe it’s already been a year. I predict another car max appraisal.

Honestly I'd love to see you try to repair it from this even farther gone state. Love a good underdog.

you should take it back to carmax with your appraisal and see if they will honor it

Impressive since I recall it ran poorly even before putting it in the hole. Watching you run in baby steps down that incline had me laughing hard lol!

The car is not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

You really should have taken all the good parts off of it. The interior was great, also the continental kit. You could have moved it all to another lebaron

Get it running and drive it back to carmax but act like it's just your daily driver. That would be a funny video.

Would love someone to try this with a new car and see if it will start.
